How Atlas actually works.
The full version. What we look at before we build, what gets built, what sits inside every module, what it costs, and what happens when your business changes.
Atlas is not a website project and it is not a software subscription. It is the technology layer underneath your finance business: the site clients land on, the portal they log into, the documents they send you, the follow ups that go out, and the admin dashboard your team works from. One backend, one brand, built around how you already work.
Every engagement follows the same four stages. The depth changes depending on the size of the business, the sequence does not.
Most technology problems in a finance business are not technology problems. They are ten tools bought at ten different moments, none of them talking to each other. Before we build, we map what you actually have and what it is costing you.
This is the part people misunderstand. The website is custom built for your business. The engine underneath it is the same engine already running live finance businesses, which is why there is no setup cost and no from scratch development bill.
The whole platform exists behind your business from day one. Modules are switched on when you need them and off when you do not, and your monthly figure moves with them. No rebuild, no migration, no new vendor.
A build that is finished starts going out of date immediately. Atlas is maintained as a living platform, and improvements built for the engine reach every business running on it.
This is the architecture decision that makes the pricing possible, and the honest explanation of what is shared and what is yours alone.
Base platform is always included and cannot be switched off. Everything below it is yours to turn on and off, with the price against each one.
The website, the tools on it and the infrastructure underneath. This is the floor, not a trial tier, and it works as a complete business website on its own.
The control room. Every other platform module runs inside it, which is why it goes on before anything else.
Where your client does their part of the deal, on your domain and under your brand, instead of being handed to a third party login.
The single biggest source of delay in a file, handled properly instead of by email chains.
The part of the deal that usually means paying for another platform and pushing your client into someone else's signing experience. This keeps it under your brand and inside your portal.
The follow up that happens whether or not anyone remembers. This is usually where the revenue is hiding.
Where your business is coming from and where on the map it is coming from. Built to answer one question: where should the next dollar and the next hour go.
The processing work that eats an afternoon a week, done on our own infrastructure rather than sent to a third party API.
For businesses where accountants, agents and introducers are a real channel rather than an occasional favour.
Getting found by people looking for what you do. The technical foundations are built into your base platform. Ranking and being cited is ongoing work, so it sits on its own rather than being buried in a marketing bundle.
The technical side of running ads and social, not the creative. You bring the content and the message. We build the pages, wire up the tracking, set the targeting and make sense of the numbers coming back. No retainer and no minimum term.
Not everyone wants us running these, and the scope varies enough with team size and what needs migrating that a single number on a page would be misleading. Raise it on the discovery call and we will price it against your setup.
We do not ask you to rip out your aggregator software or your CRM of record. Atlas sits around it and stops the client experience fragmenting on the way through.
The fastest way to a bad technology relationship is an unclear line. Here is ours.
You should not need a technical person on staff.
The parts only you can answer.
Finance businesses handle payslips, identity documents and full financial positions every day. That changes how the technology should be built, not just what it looks like.
Websites and systems hosted on Australian infrastructure, with data residency kept local.
Document processing runs on our own model infrastructure. Sensitive client documents are not pushed out to a generic third party API to be read.
Your clients and documents sit in your own environment. A shared engine does not mean a shared database.
We run our own security and penetration testing on what we build, and issue and manage your certificates directly.
Brokers, support staff, referral partners and admins get different access. Not everyone gets everything.
ISO 27001 and SOC 2 work is underway. We would rather tell you where we are than imply where we are not.
Finance income is lumpy, seasonal and deal-driven. Your technology cost should work the same way. Scale up when business is busy, strip back when it is quiet, and never pay for a month you did not use. No twelve-month contracts, no setup fees, no penalty for starting small and building up over time.
There is no package to fit into. Switch modules on and off and the number moves with them. The full platform is $444 a month all up, and building it one module at a time gets you to the same number, so you are never penalised for starting small.
The admin dashboard goes on first. The platform modules run inside it, so those rows stay locked until it is switched on, and switching it off strips the platform back to base. Growth modules run independently and can be taken on the base platform alone. Misc items are quoted separately and are not included in this total.
No limit. Build out every loan type, every suburb and every niche you write in. Page count is not a cost driver for us and charging you to publish more would work directly against the reason you have a website.
Because they are two different jobs and most businesses only need one at a time. Search gets you found by people looking for what you do. Marketing is the technical work behind paid campaigns. Agencies bundle both into a single retainer, which is how a marketing bill quietly becomes your largest expense. Split out, you buy the one that matches what your business actually needs this quarter.
The technical side of running ads and social. Landing pages, pixel and tag setup across Meta, Google, Reddit, TikTok and LinkedIn, conversion tracking, audience targeting inside your ad accounts, one combined view of the reporting, a walkthrough of what the numbers mean, and automated replies to comments and DMs. We do not produce your creative. You supply the content and the message and your ad spend stays in your own accounts.
Inside the search and AI visibility module, not the base platform. The technical SEO foundations are built into your site when it goes live, which is a one off job. GEO and ongoing ranking work have to keep running to keep working, so they are priced separately rather than bundled into everyone's base.
Where your business is coming from and where on the map it is coming from. Every enquiry tied back to its source down to the individual link or partner, plus a geographic breakdown by suburb and postcode showing which areas produce enquiries and which ones you are invisible in. That is what tells you where to point your search and marketing spend.
Business phone and business email. We can run both for you, but the scope depends heavily on what you already have, how many people are on the team and what needs migrating, so putting one number on the page would be misleading. Raise it on the discovery call and we will price it against your actual setup.
Each referral partner gets their own QR code and tracked link. Print it on a window decal, a business card, a listing board or an email signature. Every scan is attributed to that partner, and because the link is dynamic you can repoint it to a different page or campaign at any time without reprinting anything.
We do, and it is part of your base platform rather than an extra. Government scheme caps and criteria, state duty rates, grant figures and the calculators and page content built around them. When something moves we update it across your site and tell you what changed. We can carry it at no extra cost because the research is done once and applied across every business on the platform, which is the same reason the whole model works.
Because the platform modules run inside it. The client portal, document collection, automations, analytics, AI and referral management all need somewhere for your team to see and control them. Without the dashboard they have no interface, so we do not sell them. The growth modules are independent and can run on the base platform alone.
The platform strips back to the base website and the modules inside it switch off with it. Your data is retained, not deleted. Turn it back on and everything returns where you left it, at the module price, with no re-onboarding fee.
No. Atlas sits around the systems you are required to use rather than trying to replace them. The point is that your client never gets bounced between four unrelated brands on the way to a submitted application. What happens inside your aggregator stays inside your aggregator.
Your data is yours. Every client record, document, enquiry and piece of content you have put in, plus your domain and your brand. All of it is exportable at any time and you do not need to ask permission to take it. The platform itself is ours. The engine, the code and the front end we build for you are Atlas Theory's work, licensed to you for as long as you are with us, not sold. That is the trade that makes $85 a month with no build fee possible. You are not funding a custom development project, so you are not buying one.
You give notice, we export your full data set and hand back your domain, and the licence to the platform ends. You take your clients, your records, your documents and your content. The code stays with us, so you would need a new site built elsewhere. There is no exit fee and no lock-in contract, which is deliberate. If the only reason a client stays is that leaving is painful, the product is not good enough.
Monthly in advance, by direct debit or card. Change your modules and the next invoice reflects it. Cancel any time with 30 days notice and nothing further is charged.
The build and the sending are. The messages themselves are billed at carrier cost, passed straight through with no margin added. It is usually a few cents per message and it appears as a separate line on your invoice, so a month where you send 2,000 texts is not the same as a month where you send 50. We do it this way because bundling a message allowance into the price means either capping how much you can send or charging everyone for volume most people never use.
Because the engine is built once and maintained across every business running on it. You are not funding a from scratch build, you are funding your own front end and your share of an already maintained platform. That is the entire architectural bet.
The backend is shared. The front end is not. Your site is designed and built for your business, around your structure and your positioning.
Common with groups running a brokerage alongside other businesses. Each brand gets its own front end and its own environment on the same engine, with shared visibility at the group level if you want it.
As many as your team needs, with role based permissions. We do not price per seat, because charging you more for hiring is a strange way to build a relationship. If you are a larger group running twenty or more users we will talk about it on the call, but for most brokerages the answer is simply that everyone gets a login.
Ordinary change requests are included, at the pace a working business actually changes. New page, new calculator, new automation, new team member, copy updates. What is not included is a redesign, a second site, or a run of work that is really a new project wearing a small hat. When something crosses that line we tell you before we start, not after, and we quote it. We have never needed a ticket allowance and we would rather not introduce one.
On Australian infrastructure, including document processing. Our AI infrastructure runs on our own servers, so client documents are not sent to a generic third party API for reading.
A discovery call, a list of what you are currently paying for, access to your domain, and whatever brand assets you already have. Everything else we work out together.
Atlas is rolled out in batches so each business gets built properly. Leave your details and we will get in touch when the next batch opens, starting with the discovery call and your platform map.
